glass shipping info

We deliver glass to the UK only unless by special arrangement. As our glass products are usually made to order, delivery times are given on each product page and we shall contact you once ready for delivery or collection.


All glass deliveries are made by courier and require a signature. Should the courier try to deliver but nobody is there to accept it, a re-delivery charge will apply. 


Heavy glass floor deliveries are completed by courier vehicle equipped with a tail-lift. The driver will complete a 'kerbside' delivery only and is not contracted or insured to take the goods into your property.

Collections

You are more than welcome to collect your glass floor system from our warehouse. All glass collections should be pre-arranged once the goods are ready. 

Delivery Service

All glass floor deliveries will be pre-arranged on an 'all day service' on your preferred date. Timed or weekend deliveries may be available at an additional cost. 

Returns / refunds

Defects

All our glass floors are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch. Any product defect should be notified to us in writing within 48hrs of delivery.

Deliveries

Any damages to your glass floor that are noticeable upon delivery should be pointed out to the courier and marked on the delivery paperwork or the delivery should be refused. 

Unwanted Goods

All our glass floor products are made to order and as such cannot be returned or cancelled for a refund if no longer required once the manufacture has started, or after delivery.
