At Glass Floor Systems Ltd, we are committed to ensuring your bespoke glass flooring products, including hinged wine cellar glass floors, fixed glass floors, and glass well covers, reach you smoothly. We deliver to the UK as standard, though international shipping can be arranged with prior contact. Delivery timescales are outlined on each product page and during checkout, tailored to your specific order.
For UK deliveries, costs are calculated based on your postcode and the weight of goods, such as our 33mm glass panels (75kg/sqm). These details are available on relevant product pages and at checkout.
Bespoke items, like custom electric hinged floors or large glass well covers, come with a fabrication lead time (typically 4-12 weeks), and we will contact you before dispatch. All deliveries require a signature and cannot be left unattended. For convenience, we can deliver to a workplace or neighbour, but a signature is mandatory. If no one is home, a re-delivery fee will apply.
For undelivered goods returned to us, we’re happy to resend them, though a second delivery charge will be incurred. Pallet deliveries are made kerbside by tail-lift couriers where possible, with drivers unable to enter your property or handle packaging.
For any item too large for a tail-lift delivery, the customer will be expected to arrange lifting equipment or multiple able-bodied persons to manually offload the vehicle.
