Yes, for glass well covers over 1500mm in diameter, we split the glass into two or four panels with bespoke steel frames for easy installation and safety. Thickness options include 25.5mm, 31.5mm, or 33mm.

Yes, our steel frames and glass borders (standard black) can be painted in any Classic RAL colour. Lighter colours may appear slightly more greenish through thick glass due to the laminate layer- please ask for example images.

Our manual gas-strut systems make lifting easy, even for very heavy glass doors, with secure closing and self-holding open positions. Electric models offer button-operated ease for larger units.

Delivery is typically via third party courier with a tail-lift where possible, depending on the size of floor ordered. Where a glass floor is too large for tail-lift you will be expected to arrange adequate labour to offload the vehicle.

Our glass well covers meet BS EN 1991-1-1:2002 for 1.5kN/sqm uniform loads and 2.0kN concentrated loads when using 31.5mm or 33mm glass. Steel frames are UKCA-certified (BS EN 1090). Consult your local building control for specific requirements if unsure.
